Tools for locating common (shared) exon in genes with multiple transcripts (isoforms)

I am just wondering if there is any online tool that can locate common (shared) exon or isoform-specific region in genes with multiple transcripts (isoforms)?

I just use the NCBI graphics, you will find the gene with its isoforms in different colors, then you can know the shared exons!
