Off-target chromosomal loci are innacurate

In the mus musculus reference genome, I have searched for potential off-targets for the same sgRNA sequence both earlier this year and today, and I've noticed inconsistencies in the predicted chromosomal locus for identical sequences. For example, the exact same off-target sequence searched in Feb of this year was predicted to be at chr13 is now predicted to be at chr10. However, when I browse to the locus at chr10, the off-target sequence is not there, when it is, in fact, still at chr13.

I suspect in updating the reference genome from mm9 to mm10, there has been an error in the algorithm for identifying loci.

Just want to let people know in case they run into a similar issue.

Let me know if I am making a mistake in my interpretation!
