Modifications of NGS primers for library amplification

I am about to buy primers for the preparation of a NGS library following a CRISPR-ko screen using lentiCRISPRv2 as a backbone. I read in your Nature 2017 protocol that you purchase your NGS primers as 4nm ultramers from IDT. I was wondering whether you request other manufacturing methods (i.e. adding phosphorothioate bonds to stabilize the oligo backbone against nuclease degradation) to maximise purity of the library?

Thank you for your help!

We do not request other manufacturing methods for the NGS primers - simply ultramers with standard desalting has worked for us for screening.
