I have a question about the plasmid pC0055-CMV-dPspCas13b-GS-ADAR2DD(E488Q/T375G)-delta-984-1090. Is there a tag that can be used to detect the expression of the protein?

I don't have the answer, but anyone who might want to help can download the plasmid sequence here: https://www.addgene.org/103871/

If you know the sequences for some common tags (HA, OLLAS, FLAG, V5, etc) you could try downloading the sequence and searching those sequences there!

If you know how to do a Western blot, you can order an antibody for PspCas13b or the C-terminal tag NES HIV.

If you want to do it the quick and dirty way, you can extract RNA, do a reverse-transcriptase reaction, and then see if Cas13b cDNA is there. That will not tell you if the protein is being degraded, however.
